Took a tour of the Bowersock Dam today. It was a lot of fun and very interesting to hear about how challenging it is to try and generate hydro-power in Kansas which is very flat and has widely varying amounts of rain (and hence river level). Possibly the reason they're the only place in Kansas generating hydro-power.
